The Transdermal Delivery System (TDS®) for
each drug is designed using TTI’s proprietary
Molecular Evaluation System that measures
and calculates the intermolecular attractive
and repulsive forces of the drug of interest
and the components of the TDS® in solution.
The TDS® formulation process produces a
dose-specific and drug-specific formula
for rapid, safe and efficient transdermal
drug delivery.

| Unlike industry-standard formulation development which depends on the exacting process of producing serial formulae which must be trialed to determine the optimal ratios, the TDS® process actually predicts an optimum formula and, when built at the bench, this formula is usually practical as built or can be finalized with only one or two iterations. This dramatically reduces the time and expense required to ascertain whether a particular compound can be delivered with the TDS®. TTI’s chemistry team prefers to spend development time and budget on refining the right answer, not just searching for it. |
